Exchange & Refund Policy

  • All products are thoroughly checked prior to dispatching/shipping. Any item still received as damaged or discolored can be exchanged by contacting us via email (lenorasofficial@gmail.com)

  • In case, you are not satisfied with the color, then you can exchange with the goods available on our website.

  • In the event of a product being exchanged, the difference of price value in products and shipping cost borne by the customer.

  • LENORA does not offer a return policy. However, we can guide you in requesting an exchange for your article. 

  • Items can be exchanged within 2 weeks of purchase, once the article has been delivered, given that the customer has proof of purchase, inform of online receipt.
